摘要：
Factor analysis is adopted in this study to evaluate the economic and social development in Enshi where the result reflects the favorable adjustment, transformation of the industrial structure, the economic and social development level, economic strength and the living conditions of urban and rural residents in Enshi City, Hubei province and even the whole country.
