In order to learn about the current situation of university teachers' job burnout. 442 university teachers in Xinxiang city were assessed by using documentation, paper-question investigation and mathematical statistics. the conclusions show that the teachers' job burnout is obvious. the emotional exhaustion was higher than any other aspect. Also, every index of job burnout had significant differences form sex, degree, professional title, income etc. Mean while, according to the current situation of the job burnout of university teachers, we put forward some constructive suggestions on improving the teachers' job burnout.
