摘要：
The education of masters of Industrial Engineering is just at the beginning in China. The basic aim is to train advanced technical talents and management professionals, equipping them with abilities and knowledge to make use of technological achievements, solve practical problems, undertake applicable research work, and develop new technologies. This paper probes into the educational model of IE professionals according to characters of IE. On the base of analyzing the characteristics of part-time postgraduate students, this paper concludes, an education model of IE professionals suitable to the characteristics of part-time postgraduate students.
