Magnetic moment of a three-dimensional quantum well in a quantizing magnetic field

摘要：
The magnetic moment of an electron gas in a three-dimensional quantum well is studied. It is shown that two kinds of oscillations arise: oscillations caused by a change of the magnetic field strength and those caused by a change in the field direction. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
