Decision Support Systems Model for Admission to Higher Education

This paper proposed the concept of using decision support system to integrate and utilize in term of admission to Higher Education in Thailand. We study the trends in 21st-century education, trends in transferring the curriculum of the students in Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi (RUS) for seven years, and use the primary data to develop the model called A-DSS Model. The A-DSS model is the concept of developing the A-DSS system. The evaluation of the survey design that will be used to evaluate A-DSS system indicates that the system can support application and learning and teaching which help the RUS to filter the students according to background, skill, field to match the students' need and limitation of the University.
