Research on Fire Risk Assessment and Safety Management of College Students' Dormitory

The density of college student dormitory population is very large and the occurrence of fire accident can cause serious casualties. Through the analysis of the causes and characteristics of the college students' dormitory fire, this paper identifies that the poor students' safety consciousness, the lack of fire knowledge, the density of personnel and the low fire resistance level of the building are the main causes of college students' dormitory fire. According to the characteristics of fire safety and related regulations and the points of application system theory, it is pointed out that the risk identification of student dormitory should be analyzed from three aspects: internal factors, external environment and management level. The safety evaluation system of dormitory fire risk assessment is constructed and the feasibility of the method is discussed by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In terms of controllable risks, it puts forward some prevention recommendations for the campus security management.
