摘要
Economical factors always play an important part among so many different fields of the social integration of migrant workers. As workers rely on wages income, migrant workers' income and promotion are decided by the return on human capital to a large degree. Through the empirical research on the young generation and old generation migrant workers, we point out that return on human capital constantly kept at a rather low level. In the same time we find that the young generation migrant workers can get larger and more rapid raises in wage paid for the accumulation of experience. It proved that young generation get a rather fair treat and it shows a better future in social integration.
