摘要：
Academic career planning of college students is an indispensible part of their occupational career planning. It is an important mission for institutions of higher learning to improve the guiding methods for college students' academic career planning, and guide them scientifically by following the laws governing their growth. Effective academic career planning can make students study actively and improve themselves positively, help them accomplish academic study successfully, and provide a stable foundation for future career planning. This paper analyzes the problems in college students' academic career planning, and puts forward suggestions to promote each stage by considering the characteristics of post-1990 students and the laws governing their growth.
