摘要
Issues like restructuring of power markets, fossil fuel shortage and environmental pollution are encouraging higher penetration of solar PV in the LV residential system. This paper presents a case study on a 2 kW grid connected PV system without battery storage, being located near Siliguri in Darjeeling District (West Bengal). The latitude and longitude of the study area are 260 72' N and 88 degrees 41'E respectively. Both economic, like payback period, as well as environmental analyses have been performed on the system under optimal PV energy output condition and compared with the grid-only (Base) case. Finally sensitivity analysis is performed to optimize the system at different conditions.
