摘要
In cultural landscapes of Mecklenburg investigations were carried out on ecological parameters of the pine marten (Martes martes). Of special interest has been the size of home ranges and the patterns of distribution during day and night in an agricultural landscape with small forest islands. To determine the sexspecific spacetime-structure radiotracking methods were used. Home-range size of investigated animals were small (about 100 - 350 ha), compared with most data cited in literature (about 330 - 2800 ha). This may be due to an optimal supply with food, high population densities or habitat fragmentation. Among tree species Picea abies and here especially the nests of pigeons and squirrels are prefered as resting places during day time.
