Analysis of Regularizing Properties of Nonlinear Electrodynamics in the Einstein-Born-Infeld Theory

摘要
New regularizing manifestations of the Einstein-Born-Infeld theory for a massive charged force center in the space-time are considered. The properties of isotropic geodesics in this space are analyzed. It is shown that the charge may exceed the maximum possible charge in the Reissner-Nordstrom solution; the possibility of eliminating one of the metric horizons is also noted.
