Human and Knowledge Resource Management: Technology for Diagnosis, Planning and Strategic Management Control

The objective of this article is to argue in favor of an integrated model for managing human resources and knowledge, based on an integrating concept that manages both variables while incorporating an organizational strategy, considering the corresponding technology for its practical application, and understanding the diagnosis, the projection and strategic control for management performance. Conclusions are that it is important to consider conceptual models for human management or human resource management from a strategic perspective and their practical relevance in entrepreneurial management, considering the context of globalization in current society, which imposes an increase in levels of competitiveness.
