摘要
This paper conducts a statistical analysis to the relationships between perception of justice in performance appraisal and organizational citizenship behavior of S&T personnel in Zhejiang province based on a questionnaire survey. The findings indicate that the S&T personnel ranks at the middle and upper level in their perception of justice have more helping behavior but less sportsmanship in organizational citizenship. The study also reveals that the perception of justice in performance appraisal of S&T personnel has more correlation with helping behavior than sportsmanship. Their individual characteristics contribute to the difference in their perception of justice in performance appraisal and organizational citizenship behavior.
