Mathematical modeling of electric power system when wind power plants operate and their influence on Lithuanian electric power system operation

摘要
It is important to explore the influence of interconnected wind power plants on electric power system operation. In this paper the mathematical model of electric power system and method for wind power plants modeling are created. The impact of wind power plants operation on system frequency and cross border interchange powers is explored, the suitable methods for the load-frequency control in Lithuanian electric power system and the composition of power plants participating in secondary control are proposed, during changes in system operation modes.
