Crisis management of the administrative bodies and the administrators of the Iraqi league clubs (Premier League and the first degree) in basketball

The purpose of this paper isto building and codifying the crisis management scale for the administrative bodies and administrators of the clubs participating in the Iraqi Premier League and the first degree in basketball. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method and correlational relations. The research community was determined by the intentional method represented by the members of the administrative bodies of the Iraqi Basketball League clubs for the season 2020-2021 (Premier League and the first degree), which numbered (13) clubs. The sports participating in the Iraqi League (Excellent and First Division) are represented by the clubs (Oil, alshourta, electricity, Adhamiya, airways, Popular Mobilization, Zakho, North Gas, North Oil, Hilla, altadhamun, Basra Oil, Nasiriyah)The number of them (145) and then the two researchers designed the crisis management scale in line with the research sample and used the scientific foundations and the appropriate statistical methods that produced the scale in the final form with (39) paragraphs and (5) areas and then applied the scale to the research sample and the researchers analyzed the results that were described to conclusions, the most important of which are: The attitudes of administrators and members of basketball sports clubs towards the crisis management scale were negative. The emergence of a weak level of crisis management for administrators and members of sports clubs in basketball. The researchers also recommended building good relationships based on love and spreading the spirit of cooperation and communication with others in order to develop facing the crisis. Conducting other studies dealing with crisis management on other samples of administrative bodies, as well as using games and other activities.
