摘要
Employment is of great concern to students, but also an important basis to measure the quality of the level of college teaching. Employability is a comprehensive student abilities, needs training of multi-stakeholder and multi-link integration of Team teaching methods. We find the key factors affecting student employment through surveys and empirical study, and then design a targeted courses group of team teaching. With the effective implementation of this new teaching model, we can enhance professional skills and employability of students.
