摘要
The work is focused on computation of high speed rotor bearing system using XLrotor. The spindlebearing system which is considered as the most significant component of machine tool, due to its dynamic behavior at varying speeds affects machining productivity and quality. Therefore at design and development stage it is necessary to know the dynamic forces acting on rotor model that causes resonance. The XLrotor advanced computational method is adopted for analysis to assess, investigate and evaluate the performance of spindle- bearing system. The XLrotor tool performs effectively the complete rotordynamic analysis which determines Undamped Critical Speeds (UCS), Campbell diagrams, Imbalance Response and Load on Bearings at Imbalance. For rotor model, the balance correction masses and locations is calculated from measured vibration signature and balancing is carried out for spindle - bearing system as part of corrective measure using XLrotor.
