Wie kann man die Verbreitung von MRSA verhindern oder zumindest verlangsamen? Welche Hygienemaßnahmen in Krankenhäusern sind sinnvoll? Diese Fragen werden sehr kontrovers diskutiert, sodass es schwerfällt, eine einheitliche Empfehlung zu geben. Folgender Beitrag stellt einige Maßnahmen vor, die geeignet erscheinen, um Übertragungen vom einen auf den anderen Patienten oder auf das Personal zu verhindern. © 2008, Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart.
