摘要
Memristor is a fundamental circuit element which has promising application in neuromorphic computing. In this paper, linear Strukov model is used for showing how the internal state varies in a memristor when driven by a sinusoidal excitation source. Simulation results show, memristor achieves higher conductance state with increase in number of cycles of excitation source. This property of memristor mimics strengthening of synapses. The effect of modifying control parameter in the Jogelkar window on the weight of the synaptic strength is also investigated. Two state memristor based logic generator circuit model is proposed, where logic states are defined by the number of cycles of the excitation source.
