摘要
Many shape modifications of red blood cells (RBC) can be observed on a blood smear. In this second article. we present pictures of poikilocytosis, acanthocytes, echinocytes, knizocytes. leptocytes, schizocytes. stomatocytes, cup-shaped erythrocytes and Cabot rings. Diseases usually associated with those shape modifications are mentioned.
