摘要
Palm and rapeseed oils were epoxidized with H2O2 in AcOH/PhMe in presence of H2SO4 and converted with (HOCH2CH2)(2)O or HO(CH2)(6)OH in presence of H2SO4 to resp. polyols at 102-106 degrees C under microwave irradn. The polyols (hydroxyl no. 77-294 mg KOH/g) were reacted with MeC6H3(NCO)(2) or polymeric (ONCC6H4)(2)CH2 in presence of amine catalysts, surfactants and H2O, optionally Ca stearate and flax fibers (optionally after addn. of corn. polyols) to polyurethane foams. The foam samples were studied for compression, tensile and bending strengths, heat cond., d., thermal stability and porous structure. The replacing up to 30% by mass of the corn. polyols with the prepd. ones did not result in any deterioration of the rigid and flexible polyurethanes produced.
