Design of on-line monitoring and measurement system of flue granules

摘要
The system adopts advanced virtual instrument concept and technology, applies computer vision technology and digital image processing technology and realizes the monitoring of tested objects untouchably in real time. The paper adopts light reflection method to capture images, analyzes and compares several kinds of thresholding selection methods and finally adopts optimized one-dimensional maximum-entropy method. The method increases the computation speed of image segmentation. The system adopts closing operation with all structuring elements I to modify image distortion resulting in CCD's scanning granules in an interleaved mode without altering areas and shapes of granules. This system has such characteristics as strong function, quick response speed, high sensitivity, good stability, strong interference rejection and meets users' needs completely.
