摘要
CESUR is a general name for traction inverters designed and developed by ASELSAN INC. They are used in rolling stock and can operate at different rated voltage and power levels. The main function of CESUR is to supply proper waveform of voltage and frequency to drive and control one or two parallel AC traction motors in accordance with the request sent from Central Control Unit via Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB). In this paper, a test program set (TPS) which carries out a routine test on CESUR is discussed. The TPS verifies that traction inverter is correctly assembled and all components function properly and safely. The TPS consists of an AC motor, high and low voltage DC power supplies, AC power supply, communication modules (RS422/485, CAN, Ethernet and GPIB), MVB diagnostic system, interface test adapter, switching modules, signal generator, test cables, test computer and test software.
