摘要
The Smart Grid is the development trend of grid technology. For guiding the construction of smart grid scientifically, quantitative evaluation for the level of technology maturity of the Smart Grid construction is necessary. In this paper, based on the three-dimensional Smart Grid technology maturity evaluation model, quantitative method for refinement indexes of the evaluation model is proposed. For objective indexes, the scores are calculated according to the corresponding data extracted from the production operation system, and while for the subjective indexes, the fuzzy evaluation method is applied in this paper. By set the different level parameters of fuzzy evaluation reasonably, the quantitative score can reflect the actual situation of the indexes. Combine with the multidimensional evaluation model, the final result can tell technology maturity of the evaluated case reasonably. Through evaluation, measure the level of development of the Smart Grid. Future more, by analyzing the evaluation result from different dimensions can understand the advantages and short slab to guide the next step of work, to provide experience and reference for the construction of Smart Grid.
