摘要：

In order to meet the need of industrial technological innovation and establish the strategic cooperation of industrial technology, industry-university-research institute cooperation must tend towards advanced stage industry-university-research institute strategic alliance. According to the requirements of industrial technological innovation to industry-university-research institute strategic alliance and the analysis of general states of industry, university and research institute at present stage in China, this paper considers that industry-university-research institute strategic alliance under the guidance of government is the best choice at present stage in China, and put forward the problems which should be focused by the operation of this mode.
