摘要
The application of Voranoi graph and genetic algorithm in object recognition was investigated. The shape similarity metrics were redefined in some cases of applications. To speed up the searching process for matching, the genetic algorithm was used. Further, the viewing angles and the model parameters were encoded into the chromosome string, and finally the fast generic object recognition and detection were realized.
