摘要：

This paper introduces input and output LR type fuzzy indexes. alpha-FC(2)R model was provided for evaluating the performance and relative effectiveness of top manager in listed forestry companies. On this basis, the correlation between performance and pay was verified. The model also avoided weight coefficient which resulted more accurate calculation; also the unremarkable incentive effect of top manager ownership was proved. Finally, case studies verified the validity of the model.
