Hall effect in vortex state of Gd1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-δ

摘要
We have investigated the Hall effect in high-temperature superconductors (HTSC) in vortex state for several samples of Gd1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-delta with 0.0 less than or equal tox less than or equal to0.2 under a magnetic field of 0-2T. Sign reversal of Hall resistivity is observed in under-doped and partially in over-doped samples. The sample with x = 0.1 shows higher sensitivity to magnetic field than the other samples. The sign change anomaly of Hall resistivity was observed to strongly depend on magnetic filed, temperature and Pr dopant. The results were discussed in term of the complex nature of the Fermi surface.
