摘要
The cooperative development of teachers through societal interactivity is an impartial way for rural teachers. Teachers transfer urban and rural education information in cooperation and interaction. In the process of building teacher's TPACK ability, using Design-based Experiential Learning plays key role. The paper, based-on the perspective of computer mediated communication, analyzed the social relations of the forum replies relations among the Urban-Rural-University (U-RU) Learning Community for Teachers. As a result of "decreasing intervention" strategy, cooperative teaching research had promoted the in-depth interaction of U-R-U learning community. and served as the backbone to help teachers gradually dominated in the community.
