摘要
Educational accords for mutual recognition of qualifications have developed statements of graduate attributes profiles. Graduate attributes are the most important part in accreditation standard. They are the center of outcome base education and foothold of accreditation. This paper analyzed the importance and application of graduate attributes profiles. On the one hand, graduate attributes support the cultivation objectives of education programs. On the other hand, they can be decomposed into measurable index points which are supported by relative courses. Reasonable decomposition can guide teachers to organize teaching activities conveniently, give students more clear requirements, and is good for data collection. This paper mainly used competence decomposition method. After making clear the relation between courses and graduate attributes, the relation matrix between courses and index points of graduate attributes can be formed. Next weight of every relative course to index points can be determined by experts to form a weight matrix. Then achievement degree of graduation requirement can be evaluated quantitatively and scientifically.
