摘要
By considering a-Si thin-film manufacturing system as the object of research, this study converted the production system design into a simulation model on the computer based on the object-oriented modeling theory. On the basis of the actual production data, production bottlenecks were identified and used to improve the design of the workshop production system. Lastly, the Flexsim simulation platform was adopted to simulate the established model so as to acquire the real-time dynamic information of the production line performance. Thus, the improvement of the relevant indicators can be verified to provide a reference for the optimization of the production system.
