摘要：

In this paper it is proved that the following inequality //alpha p(3) - beta// < p(-1/11) has infinitely many prime solutions for any irrational or and any real beta, where //gamma// denotes the smallest distance from gamma to integers. This result gives some improvement upon the previous one with the exponent 1/12 due to Baker and Harman.
