摘要
This paper presents a dynamic study of the rotating composite shaft vibratory behavior and the effects of different mechanical coupling. In fact, Modified ESLT is generalized from ESLT to consider not only the effects of fiber orientation, stacking sequences and shear-normal coupling but also the influences of different mechanical coupling on rotating composite shafts. The close agreement in the achieved results proves the efficiency of the developed finite element based on Modified ESLT. Furthermore, obtained results revealed that different mechanical coupling, fiber orientations and stacking sequences have an important influence on the rotating composite shaft dynamic behavior.
