摘要
This paper presents a novel approach for miRNA target prediction using deep learning. Deep learning is branch of machine learning and it can apply in various areas not just related to computer science. The mix of machine learning and Bioinformatics is a striking one. This paper talks about another miRNA target prediction through deep learning. miRNAs diminish protein translation by binding to 3' UTR regions of target genes with imperfect complementary pairing. Here examined a deep learning approach for miRNA target prediction.
