摘要
Virtual manufacturing technology is a new manufacturing technology, and it can simulate process of manufacturing products and predict product performance, functionality and manufacturability etc., so that people can organize production more flexibly, economically, effectively. Manufacturability evaluation is one of the most important content of virtual manufacturing technology, making manufacturability evaluation in the stage of product design, can discover and modify the unreasonable design structure, can cancel processing which is difficult or unable to process, and make the best use of existing resources, so as to guarantee the quality of design optimization, the development of product has the shortest cycle, the production cost is the lowest. This paper introduces the concept of manufacturability evaluation, the content of manufacturability evaluation and the method of manufacturability evaluation, and provides the theory for product manufacturing.
