摘要
Various educational oriented problems are resolved through Educational Data Mining, which is the most prevalent applications of data mining. One of the crucial goals of this paper is to study the most recent works carried out on EDM and analyze their merits and drawbacks. This paper also highlights the cumulative results of the various data mining practices and techniques applied in the surveyed articles, and thereby suggesting the researchers on the future directions on EDM. In addition, an experiment was also conducted to evaluate, certain classification and clustering algorithms to observe the most reliable algorithms for future researches.
