摘要：
The application of Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS) to Near-field Scanning Optical Microscopy on diffusing molecules in solution is presented here. The ultra small excitation volume in such a technique allows measurements with fluorophore concentrations of up to 10 mu M, making FCS in biological environment at nearly native conditions possible.
