摘要
In China, reform on state-owned enterprises is so far on its critical point once again. The difficulty and focus along with the reform is how to make breakthrough and change in the cultural soft power of the state-owned enterprises. Through case studies on the corporate culture, the authors find that the corporate culture of Wuliangye Group enjoys an outstanding phenomenon of "kinship-based" interpersonal relationship. Based on repeated participation observation and field investigation, the authors figure out that more than half of the middle-level cadres and basic-level staff interviewed have relatives working in Wuliangye Group. The phenomenon is also a common feature for China's local production-oriented state-owned enterprises. Through the in-depth research on the "kinship-based" interpersonal relationship and particularly its influence on the corporate culture of Wuliangye Group, the study summaries the corresponding cultural strengths and limits brought by the "kinship-based" interpersonal relationship and further points out the trend of the enterprise's cultural change in China.
