摘要
Now the problem of development of methanol and higher alcohol production technology is really urgent because it allows to solve important problem of synthesis of ecological pure motor fuels. Addition of mixtures of methanol and isobutanol to motor fuels enables us, firstly, to reduce the consumption of benzine hydrocarbons in automobile transport and secondly, to reduce drastically the quantity of harmful effluent ejections of carbon oxide and nitrogen oxide into the environment. Octanol is one of the most important products among all higher alcohols. It is used in industry as solvent, peptizer, etc. Single-unit power of plants of octanol production exceed 100 000 ton/year. The total amount of octanol produced exceeds 1.5 min ton/year. Novel efficient catalysts for methanol and higher alcohols synthesis KGA-20 and for octanol production KGA-48 acid KGA-54 were used. Kinetics of multistage reactions of methanol, higher alcohol and octanol synthesis was studied. The kinetic models for these reactions were constructed. The parameters of the kinetic models were estimated and their adequacy to the results of experiments was shown. The reactor models of methanol, higher alcohols and octanol synthesis processes were constructed. The macrokinetic parameters of the reactor models were estimated due to the results of pilot plant experiments. The modes of industrial reactors operation were calculated within the models. It was shown that new regimes of reactor equipment operation for methanol, higher alcohol and octanol syntheses allow us to increase drastically selectivity and profitability of the processes.
