摘要
To wholly understand the effect and mechanism of ankle taping on ankle stability and to be applied better in sports field, 31 relevant literatures were brought into this paper. Currently most studies supported that taping could improve ankle stability, but the restriction role would fall with time or exercise, and effective time of ankle stability could keep 10-30min. Overall, the research to date had focused predominantly on the mechanical paradigm, while results that taping could stabilize, activate and influence proprioception had found,so the further study would from the neurophysiological and psychological paradigms.
