摘要
The cold plasma generator is a complex system in which many interrelated physical processes occur. The therapeutic device producing cold plasma is based on high-voltage high-frequency Tesla coil coupled with gas-filled glass plasma electrodes. The device is used for therapeutic purpose and thus highest level of safety is required. Simulations are a fast and efficient way to verify the measurements and to provide deeper insight into the problem. The aim of this study was to perform simulation and analysis of such system by finite element method using COMSOL Multiphysics. Key values of high importance were obtained and evaluated. 2-D axisymmetric and 3-D models of Tesla coil were made. Time dependent study was performed, values of magnetic and electric field were observed. Stationary analysis was performed for 3-D model, inductance and resistance of the coil were calculated.
