摘要
The influence of thermal processes on the electrical characteristics of the are and the parameters of an electric are furnace as a control object are considered. The electrical functions of a two-layer are model are generalised and the basic functions of the cylindrical part of the are are calculated. It is shown that the functions of the voltage gradient and the electrode displacement gradient are non-linear and multi-factor. Expressions for the transfer factors with respect to the current and voltage of high-power furnaces at the melting stage of the solid charge are derived.
