摘要：

The basic directions of development of the fuel&energy complex of Northwest federal district are determined: creation of a diverse transport infrastructure of export of crude oil, products, the natural and liquefied gas; creation of oil&gas producing centers at coast and a shelf of the Arctic seas; elimination of a non-balanced uses of mineral fuel and energy resources of the district. Conditions of their successful realization are considered.
