摘要
Automotive Rear Bridge is one of the key components, 20% of the accident was caused by a driving Rear Bridge, so it is necessary to inspect it strictly before Rear Bridge leave factory and in the process of running.. In this paper, the vibration diagnosis method is adopted to realize quality inspection of Rear Bridge. Extracted correctly reflect the running state of the Rear Bridge of characteristic parameters related to the realization of product testing and reliability of detection, this paper adopts the wavelet packet energy method to extract the quality characteristic parameters of Rear Bridge, with its determined Euclidean distance as the Rear Bridge quality detection threshold, if the parameter value in the threshold allowed range far more qualified products, this method can realize the automatic detection, better suited to the needs of the modern production.
