摘要
The focus of this paper is proposing a framework for building e-business systems based on knowledge management ( KM) process perspective. In past, developing e-business systems were often given priority according to technical criteria rather than business imperatives. "Technology for technology's sake" problem tends to be a business phenomenon. The study tries to give some ideals for building e-business systems based on KM process perspective and expects the viewpoint will facilitate the company using IT to achieve operational goals.
