摘要
In PbTiO3 single crystals, 90 degrees a-c, 90 degrees a-a, 180 degrees a-a, 180 degrees c-c domain and those connected domain structures have been investigated by Kelvin force microscope. A new discrimination method for classifying these domain structures was proposed by combining among surface gradient, surface electrical potential and difference of step among domains by etching rate. Two kinds of c domains, where +c domain and -c domain was called, were measured separately. Similarly, 180 degrees c-c domain in spontaneously poled (Pb,La)TiO3 thin film on (100)Pt/(100)MgO was discussed with pyroelectric measurements.
