摘要：

This paper proposes a new error concelment technique for the motion vectors which are lost in error propagation. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has better performance than Decoder Motion-Vector Estimation (DMVE)[1], and much better than the algorithms obtained by conventional temporal concealment techniques.
