摘要
The objective of this study is the mean drag minimization under rotary control of the cylinder wake in the laminar regime. The optimization problem is solved by a procedure that couples POD Reduced-Order Models (POD ROM) and trust-region method (TRPOD). Finally, 30% of relative mean drag reduction is found for reduced numerical costs.
