摘要
To observe the mechanical properties of low-oxygen-content SiC fiber from the vinyl-containing polycarbosilanes (Vi-PCSs), the pyrolysis of uncured, EB-cured and aircured Vi-PCS precursors. The fibers were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, x-ray diffraction (XRD), and SEM.
