摘要：

To deal with the problem of difficulties in identifying key business process, a mixed mathematic model combined All? with TOPSIS algorithm was designed to establish a set of key business process selection and evaluation index system. First, AHP algorithm was used to determine the varying degrees of evaluation quota. Furthermore, the weights and performance scores were combined by using the TOPSIS algorithm to sort each business process, and choose the key business process. At last, By means of an empirical example, the model was successfully used for making a decision of key business process selection, so the feasibility of the method and model was demonstrated.
